May I solicit recurring donations with my Donations site?
Yes, your organization may solicit recurring donations with any of our supported merchant accounts. Please note that with PayPal, you may only solicit one-time donations. If you are using manual payment processing, you can manually charge recurring payments on the due date.
I would like the Donations page to match my website look and feel, so that it can be integrated into my current website, and the donor does not feel like they are leaving my site. Is this possible?
Yes, your technical staff can do this using custom HTML. Please contact us for detailed instructions, and only allow qualified professionals to do this on your site. DoJiggy can also provide this service for you, for the one-time fee of $179.

What is my website URL?
You choose a unique hostname that relates to your organization, group, or event. Your hostname is then included in your unique URL, i.e.: www.hostname.dojiggy.com This URL is included in your subscription fee. With the Professional Edition or by utilizing domain forwarding, you may also provide your own URL.
How long is my website hosted/active?
All website subscriptions last for one year from the date of purchase, and can be renewed for the following year's event or initiative. When you renew your event, all of your data is stored and ready to go for the following year.
Can I run multiple events throughout the year?
If your organization has more than one event or initiative throughout the year, you will need to purchase additional subscriptions. Each subscription is valid for only one event. Additional subscriptions are available for 15% off, or contact us if your organization hosts more than 3 events for multi-event pricing.
