Marquis Foundation, Inc.
The Marquis Foundation, Inc. primary goal is to create funding for scholarships as well as community based philanthropic activities. The Marquis Foundation reduces those costs by providing opportunities through scholarships. A secondary goal, is to sponsor several events each year that provide opportunities to increase alumni relations and community spirit, as well as occasions for corporate networking and support.
Gaudenzia
Gaudenzia helps people affected by chemical dependency, mental illness and related conditions to achieve a better quality of life. This is accomplished through comprehensive treatment and prevention methods guided by a philosophy of mutual concern and responsibility. Gaudenzia opened its first program in 1968, and has since grown to encompass 123 programs in 76 locations serving every population including adolescents, homeless, and prison populations.
Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta
The Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta advocates on behalf of individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. Their vision is to be a leader in delivering programs and services, educating the public and providing information on treatments and resources relating to cerebral palsy in the province of Alberta.
Camp Summit
Camp Summit provides outdoor experiences that promote personal growth and foster independence for children and adults with disabilities. They change lives by expanding actual and perceived boundaries, and teach others to value individuals regardless of their abilities.
