DoJiggy Events Professional consists of two distinct areas. There is the customizable public website and
an administrative control panel. Your administrative control panel is where tasks, including building your website,
tracking your event progress, and participant and financial reporting features are managed and stored.
Both of these areas are described and demonstrated below.
Create Your Event Profile
Your on-line registration is created by simply filling in event settings
such as costs, group type and size, and event and registration dates here.
Manage Website Pages
Easily customize your website by typing your content into the editor, shown here. You do not need any
technical or programming experience to create a great looking website.
Manage Sponsorship Packages
Customize your sponsorship packages by name, cost, and website visibility. If you include event registrations
in a sponsorship package, the system will recognize this upon sponsorship registration.
Manage Sponsors
Create a sponsor page on your public website that includes a sponsor logo,
web link, and (in the Pro Edition only) even a 1,000 word description of your sponsor's business.
Manage Products
Manage and sell an unlimited number of products through your registration page. An open donation option is easily added to allow
your constituents to make a donation in any amount.
Detailed Order Report
Your admin area includes detailed financial reporting, to track progress throughout your event
and gauge your results.
Add Additional Administrators to your Account
With the Professional Edition, our People module allows your organization up to three unique administrative log-ins.
The primary administrator may give limited permissions to the additional administrators, as shown here.
Email Management
Our Professional E-mail management allows you to send HTML emails to your constituents. The administrator
maintains searchable subscriber lists, such as the Sponsor list shown here.
Professional Edition Website
The Professional Edition includes an unlimited number of pages in your customizable website, along
with integrated payment processing, sponsor/sponsorship management,volunteer registration and management,
a Guest Book page where your constituents can send messages,and much more.
