Pledge Specific Questions

  1. How do my participants create their personal pledge pages?
    Upon registration, your participants will be given a link to click and begin creating their own pledge page. We also have a PDF or customizable Word document that an administrator can provide to participants with easy to follow instructions.

  2. If I am planning a bowl-a-thon, can I take pledges per pin?
    Yes, the system allows users to accept flat-rate pledges (i.e. $25), or pledges per unit of effort (i.e. number of pins bowled, miles run, pies eaten, etc.). The unit of effort is created by the event administrator.

  3. Will I be able to easily track the highest individual fundraisers, so that they can be awarded prizes?
    Yes, the system tracks all of this and more for you. Simply click on the appropriate report from your administrative control panel.

Common Questions

  1. What is my website URL?
    You choose a unique hostname that relates to your organization, group, or event. Your hostname is then included in your unique URL, i.e.: www.hostname.dojiggy.com This URL is included in your subscription fee. With the Professional Edition or by utilizing domain forwarding, you may also provide your own URL.

  2. How long is my website hosted/active?
    All website subscriptions last for one year from the date of purchase, and can be renewed for the following year's event or initiative. When you renew your event, all of your data is stored and ready to go for the following year.

  3. Can I run multiple events throughout the year?
    If your organization has more than one event or initiative throughout the year, you will need to purchase additional subscriptions. Each subscription is valid for only one event. Additional subscriptions are available for 15% off, or contact us if your organization hosts more than 3 events for multi-event pricing.
