2011 Fundraising Trends & Predictions
  • Giving by U.S. Foundations is predicted to increase in 2011 (compared to being “flat” in 2010)
  • Continuous move towards online fundraising as an efficient way to streamline fundraising operations and interact with donors and supporters.
  • Greater integration with mobile apps & social networking will allow for easy “one-click” donations and ongoing communications and stewardship
  • Donors may be apt to contribute smaller amounts, more frequently…rather than one large annual donation
  • Build loyalty with continuous communications though all channels (web, mobile, social, mail)

     
Announcing Award Recipients for the 2010 DoJiggy Giving Program

We awarded $7,500 in cash grants to ten deserving organizations, in addition to in-kind service donations. The decision was very difficult with more than thirty applications submitted highlighting accomplishments by a wide range of non-profit organizations and schools.
