We pride ourselves on offering the best support in the non-profit software industry. Online technical support is included in all of our subscription packages. However, large events with more transactions naturally have the need for more support. As such, events that raise over $250,000 are required to purchase this additional support package, in all months where support is required. In addition, events that exceed ten support cases per month will be asked to purchase the service.
If your event is seasonal, you can cancel this support package after the event is complete.
Enhanced Technical Support is offered via online chat and by submitting a support request via your administration area.
