14 day money back guarantee

We stand by our products and services. For that reason, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you require a refund for any reason, just notify us within 14 days of the date of purchase. There are no refunds after 14 days, even in the case of a canceled event.

Additional participant blocks will be refunded in accordance with the 14-day refund policy on subscriptions. However, partial blocks or blocks not used on active subscriptions cannot be refunded.

Custom work is not included in the refund policy. 

We charge a processing fee for all refunded transactions, to cover payment processing costs. Credit card refunds will incur a 5% transaction fee and must be refunded to the card initially used to make the purchase.
