We stand by our products and services. For that reason, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you require a refund for any reason, just notify us within 14 days of the date of purchase. There are no refunds after 14 days, even in the case of a canceled event.

Custom work is not included in the refund policy. 

We charge a processing fee for all refunded transactions to cover the costs associated with payment processing. Credit card refunds will incur a 5% transaction fee and must be refunded to the original card used for the purchase.
