DoJiggy Donations offers a secure online donation page and year-round donor management. Donors can make one-time donations or set-up a user profile for recurring giving by month, quarter, year, or other term. Recurring donors can easily access and change their profiles with a username and password. DoJiggy Donations also includes gift management options for gifts made 'on behalf of' or 'in memory of' another person.
As with all of DoJiggy's products, your organization's webpage is easy to create and fully customizable. An administrator will create the website header and donor appeal, as well as an appropriate thank you message that is generated with each donation. Donation receipts are emailed to the donor, with a copy sent to the system administrator(s), for easy reporting. Detailed donor information is securely stored in the administration area, and functions as a donor database and donations record.
DoJiggy Donations integrates with the industry's top payment processors, so you manage the intake of your money. DoJiggy Donations is priced fairly, and based on total system volume not a percentage of the donations you receive. The service includes 100 recurring donor records - additional licensing available. Custom Website Creation
Creating your Donations website is easy. Simply fill in basic fields and your site is ready to go. Many organizations use the service as a one-page donation form, but additional pages for FAQs, sponsors, and campaign details can also be added. All payment screens are secured via SSL.
Customize Donation Types & Amounts
Your Donations website is flexible enough to accept one-time or recurring donations. Donations can be made 'In Honor Of' or 'In Memory Of' with emails optionally generated to the honoree. Donation amounts are flexible so you can choose the levels that best match your constituent base or campaign needs.
Manage Donors

- May I solicit recurring donations with my Donations site?
- Yes, your organization may solicit recurring donations with any of our supported merchant accounts. Please note that with PayPal, you may only solicit one-time donations. If you are using manual payment processing, you can manually charge recurring payments on the due date.
- I would like the Donations page to match my website look and feel, so that it can be integrated into my current website, and the donor does not feel like they are leaving my site. Is this possible?
- Yes, your technical staff can do this using custom HTML. Please contact us for detailed instructions, and only allow qualified professionals to do this on your site. DoJiggy can also provide this service for you, for the one-time fee of $179.
- What is my website URL?
- You choose a unique hostname that relates to your organization, group, or event. Your hostname is then included in your unique URL, i.e.: www.hostname.dojiggy.com This URL is included in your subscription fee. With the Professional Edition or by utilizing domain forwarding, you may also provide your own URL.
- How long is my website hosted/active?
- All website subscriptions last for one year from the date of purchase, and can be renewed for the following year's event or initiative. When you renew your event, all of your data is stored and ready to go for the following year.
- I would like the Donations page to match my website look and feel, so that it can be integrated into my current website, and the donor does not feel like they are leaving my site. Is this possible?
