Our technical support team is committed to providing superior support and is available Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm Mountain Standard Time. We typically answer inquiries within a few hours, and within one business day at most.
Optional Service Packages
Some clients require additional support that is not part of our generally included technical support. These clients may not have the time or expertise to successfully launch online fundraising campaigns. We have created a set of Service Packages to aid these clients in making their websites look great with minimal time, effort, and experience. These are all optional services that can also be performed by your staff. These services are not required with any DoJiggy subscription – but they can make your organization look professional with little time and effort on your part.
